SEEDING BAR H&P EXPERT CHECK INCLUDES: $400 inc gst
Overall equipment check
- Check open arm and seed boot
- Check Disk Coulters
- Check Gauge Wheel adjustment and operation
- Check Press Wheels and Closing Wheels
- Safety Inspection and General Grease
- Provide a repair list (if required)
SEEDING OPTIMISATION (JOHN DEERE & BOURGAULT) $600 inc gst ^*
Check tine and disc adjustment /seed placement
- Check for correct hydraulic connections /drain lines etc
- Check for correct rate applied/calibration
- Check for correct fan speed vs product delivery
- Check toolbar level and set active down pressure
- Test blockage system adjust for product flow
- Set up ITEC and optimise transmission and engine settings to conditions
- Check Autotrac™ settings, Implement offset and track spacing’s
- Set up work recording and documentation
ΔPrice is for optimisation only. Additional repairs are not included. If repair work is required or found on seeding equipment at time of optimisation relevant service department will be advised.

Expert Check must be booked in by 30th November 2023. Repairs will be completed in a mutually agreed time frame. Parts and labour for recommended repairs not included. Customers must have an up to date and current account. All recommended service repairs are completed using your choice of genuine John Deere or A&I products. Travel for on-site Expert Check is included in price (up to 150kms from nearest Hutcheon & Pearce location). All prices shown in Australian dollars including GST.
